UK retailer accidentally leaks nearly every detail on Google’s upcoming Pixel phones

A leak by UK retailer Carphone Warehouse has unveiled a massive amount of new information surrounding Google’s upcoming Pixel smartphones.

The phone will come in two models, the Pixel and the Pixel XL, with there being no immediate difference between the two models besides screen size.

Both pages feature a full specifications list, but some entries are likely generic.

Namely, the inclusion of a microSD card slot and the supposed 1920 x 1080 “quad HD” display for the regular Pixel.

“Other specs, like the Snapdragon 821 processor, 4GB of RAM, camera, and Android 7.1 do align with what we already know.”

It appears that sound will be issued from two speakers situated besides the USB-C slot.

Perhaps most impressively, the phone will reportedly offer up to 7 hours of battery-life from a single 15 minute charge.

Finally, the leak confirms that the phone will use the new Google Assistant app
