Apple has announced its 10 best App Store games of 2016, including numerous awards based on editor’s picks.

Pokemon Go was also massively popular and was beaten by only Snapchat and Messenger in terms of App Store downloads this year.

App Store editors also chose several other games for Game of the Year awards on different platforms.
