DICE have announced that Battlefield 3 servers on all three major platforms will be down for maintenance today (21 August 2012).
On their official Facebook Page, DICE wrote, “we will be performing extensive maintenance between 7AM-1PM GMT on August 21 (that’s 2AM-8AM EST). Battlefield 3 online play will be unavailable during these hours.”
There’s no word on what exactly the maintenance is for, although it could be related to the new Armored Kill DLC scheduled for September.
