New Easter Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Mass Outbreak event revealed

25 March 2024

A new Easter Mass Outbreak event for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet has been announced – offering players the chance to catch rare Pokemon.

The event will run from 28 March to 31 March and will allow players to catch Baby Pokemon across three different outbreak areas, with each Pokemon having the chance to hold the Vigor Mark.

These areas and the catchable Pokemon are:

  • Pichu and Happiny in Paldea
  • Riolu and Munchlax in Kitakami
  • Magby and Elekid in the Terarium

Players will need to connect to the internet and check the Poke Portal News during the event window to ensure Baby Pokemon outbreaks will appear.

Baby Pokemon were first introduced in Pokemon Gold and Silver, with Pichu, Elekid, and Magby being among the first to be added.

Munchlax, Happiny, and Riolu were later added in Diamond and Pearl.

Baby Pokemon feature cute characteristics and small forms and have been a fan favourite since their debut.
