Pokemon GO players have begun selling their high-level accounts for sums upwards of $350 (R5,030), reports Business Insider.
Even though the game is just over a week old, high level “Pokémon GO” players are selling access to their accounts on sites like eBay and Craigslist for up to hundreds of dollars.
The question of course is whether people are actually willing to pay for the sums asked. The answer is perhaps unsurprisingly “yes” as Hieu Huynh told The Wall Street Journal.
Huynh paid over $100 (R1,437) for a level 12 account this past weekend.
“I can’t catch the good Pokémon,” he said. “I don’t have time to go that far.”
