Pokemon GO is finally getting a dedicated chat app, although it is not a product of Niantic games.
Razer, a company more know for its gaming hardware and peripherals than its mobile apps, has launched its dedicated Pokemon GO chat app.
Titled RazerGO, the app allows Pokemon GO Trainers to chat to other players in their area and easily identify nearby members of the same team.
Using the app, Pokemon Go Trainers can chat to other players in a scalable area, including a local radius of 5km, a regional 500km area, and a global Pokemon GO chat room.
RazerGo will also allow players to drop beacons at various locations which can unlock private chat rooms when activated.
The app is already live for desktop browsers and is expected to roll out for iOS and Android smartphones on Monday.
