The awesome new features coming to Pokemon GO

Niantic Labs founder John Hanke has revealed a number of awesome features coming soon to Pokemon GO, Engadget reports.

Hanke stated that more Pokemon will eventually make their way into the popular mobile game.

“Beyond first generation, there are some others that may make their way into our universe. We’re looking forward to finding interesting ways to make that happen in the coming months and years.”

Long-awaited features such as Pokemon training, trading, and breeding are still in development and will be implemented in the future.

Hanke also stated that Pokestops would be expanded upon with various customisation options, with players using items to change what abilities Pokestops have.

This Pokestop customisation could allow for the creation of specialised locations such as healing Pokécenters.
