The console will also use processing power from that apu to run math in game and everything else happening in the console read write connectivity and a lot more. this also means that a lot more heat will be created and everything will throttle down. a secondary thing to consider is that the memory is shared with to operating system, game instance and everything else thus you will never have 8gb available to the graphics in game nor the memory’s full bandwidth. How ever on a pc you will. the short is with that hardware you cannot game in 4k (maybe if you played pac-man). this console will run at +/- 1080P and make use of an upscaler that will also consume both cpu gpu and ram. and to reduce lag from the process it will use alot of it. so you are looking at 1080P@30fps up-scaled to 4k and no more. unless they use a hardware upscaler but no info on that yet
