This game makes up for everything No Man’s Sky did wrong

No Man’s Sky was a disappointing game in many ways.

While there’s no way it could ever live up to the hype in the months leading up to its release, the fact that it made exploring a massive and incredible galaxy actually boring is impressive.

Fortunately, there’s a new game on the scene which promises to right the wrongs of No Man’s Sky – Empyrion Galactic Survival.

That may sound like hyperbole, but don’t take our word for it, check out what the reviews are saying on Steam:

I bought this game while waiting for No Man’s Sky release and instantly fell in love. It has adventure, building, exploring, fighting, it can be played single player, or with others (I mainly play with my friends) – basically it has everything I love in a game. And the developers are very actively making improvements.

I did buy (and have played) No Mans Sky, but you know what I did instead of playing it on the release day? I was playing Empyrion.

Blind:

I bought this with NMS refund money and still have $40 left over.

Unturned:

This is the 2nd best survival game out there. (7 days to die is the first). It has a very nice building system for ships and bases. The ships are pretty fun but it can be unforgiving every now and then. Overall, a great game that they are still changing since its in early access.

The CroMinion:

This game was gifted to me months ago and since then I have put in over 1k hours, purchased and have enjoyed gifting out around a dozen copies so far and have been part of a growing multi-player community from the ground up.

I believe Empyrion Galactic Survival could possibly be the next Minecraftish populer of a game where folks will be playing it years to come.

I play the game casually while streaming and hanging out with viewing fans as well as those am in world with. Many ask me, “Do you like this game?”
