Steam’s Potato Sack sale peels 50% off selected indie game prices

4 April 2011

The guys over at Steam’s bargain department have pulled thirteen indie games from the service’s catalogue, and bundled them up in a bargain bag, marked “Potato Sack, 75% off”. Cheap as chips!

The games include:

•    1… 2… 3… KICK IT! (Drop That Beat Like an Ugly Baby
•    AaAaAA!!! – A Reckless Disregard for Gravity
•    Amnesia: The Dark Descent
•    Audiosurf
•    BIT.TRIP.BEAT.
•    Cogs
•    Defense Grid: The Awakening
•    Killing Floor
•    RUSH
•    Super Meat Boy
•    The Ball
•    The Wonderful End of the World
•    Toki Tori

That’s around $149.87 worth of games, for just $37.40. The sale entry also notes that any games you might already own can be gifted off to a friend instead. Alternately, all these titles are available separately, at 50% off. Check out the Steam store for more info.

Also, if you buy this (or already own all the games included), you’ll get yourself a special potato hat in Team Fortress 2 on 5 April. Why? Why not!
