Thousands of players return to No Man’s Sky

No Man’s Sky’s new Foundation update has brought thousands of players back to the game.

The update, which has added base building and crafting, new challenges, and other improvement of life features, resulted in numbers jumping from between 200 and 500 concurrent users to over 8,000 overnight.

While the verdict is still out as to whether the update does enough to fix many of the complaints surrounding No Man’s Sky, the increase in numbers at least shows that many are still interested in what Hello Games has to offer.
