Microsoft has promised to release major Windows 10 updates every March and September going forward.
The company confirmed in a blog post that it would release the next major Windows 10 update, Redstone 3, in September 2017.
Microsoft said it structured its regular update schedule after receiving feedback from customers desiring simplicity and predictable updates.
The Windows 10 updates will align with the update schedules for Office 365 ProPlus and System Centre Configuration Manager.
Every major Windows 10 release will be serviced and supported for 18 months.
