Dota 2 is getting a multiplayer campaign

5 May 2017

Valve will launch a cooperative campaign for Dota 2.

The new game mode will launch before the end of May and will require players to purchase the International Battle Pass to play.

The International Battle Pass for 2017 is priced at $10.

The new campaign is titled Siltbreaker and consists of two acts, with the first being released later this month and the second set to launch in July.

The campaign will allow four players to journey through a series of cooperative, story-driven missions, earning experience and unique cosmetic items.

Other features in the 2017 International Battle Pass include an array of cosmetic items, the ability to form a fantasy team with player cards, and skins for towers.

25% of all Battle Pass sales contribute to the prize pool for the International 2017 Dota 2 tournament.
