Bravado Gaming wins Samsung Galaxy CS: GO Championship

Bravado Gaming has defeated Energy eSports to claim first prize in the Samsung Galaxy CS: GO Championship.

The tournament was hosted by local eSports company Mettlestate and saw the top teams in South Africa competing for their share of the R1-million prize pool.

Bravado went into the best-of-five final with a one-game advantage and took two games in quick succession against Energy Esports, claiming the first place prize of R350,000.

The tournament featured 24 South African Counter-Strike: Global Offensive teams competing for a spot in the finals.

The LAN finals took place from 5-7 May and were streamed live on Mettlestate’s YouTube and Twitch channels.
