Watch the first trailer for FIFA 18

There are three certainties in life: death, taxes, and a new FIFA game every year. With it being 2017, we’ve now got our first-look at what EA has in store for gamers with FIFA 18.

The new instalment will launch on 29 September, 2017 for PS4, Xbox One, PC, PS3, Xbox 360, and Nintendo Switch. However, it has been said that the Switch version will differ from the usual flagship editions of the long-running football title.

Along with a new trailer (which you can watch below), EA Sports announced that four time Ballon d’Or and recent Champions League winner, Cristiano Ronaldo, will be this year’s cover star.

“It is a real pleasure to be on the cover of FIFA 18, It’s a great feeling and I am grateful to have been chosen,” said the Portuguese striker.

More details will be revealed at the EA Play event ahead of E3 2017.
