Fan-made Zelda: Ocarina of Time port released

23 March 2022

The Zelda Reverse Engineering Team has released Ship of Harkinian – a PC port for the 25-year-old Nintendo classic Zelda: Ocarina of Time.

The PC port will have HD graphics, keyboard and controller support, widescreen support, and modding capabilities.

The creators of Ship of Harkinian have also promised that 60fps support, text-to-speech, twin-stick camera controls, HD models, and audio will come in the future.

In the video announcement of the port’s release, the creators clarified that if you want to play this port, you will need a legally-acquired ROM of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.

If you’d like to check out the port for yourself, you can find more details on the team’s Discord server, which can be found here.
