The data is in and if you were wondering which games on Steam made the most money last week, then here are the top 10.

The games on this list have been ranked according to overall revenue rather than copies sold. Therefore, it’s essential to keep in mind that some games may have sold more than those on the list but, due to pricing, made less revenue.

10. Call of Duty Black Ops 3

Call of Duty is one of the most prolific FPS franchises in the industry, so it’s not surprising to see one of its titles on this list.

Black Ops 3 was first released in 2015 and has a Very Positive user review.

9. Squad

Squad is a tactical FPS that focuses on providing an authentic combat experience centred around teamwork, communication and gameplay. It features 100 player battles with combined arms combat, base building, and an integrated voice over IP system.

It was released in 2020 and has a Very Positive user review score.

8. DayZ

Another older title on this list, DayZ, is a multiplayer, post-apocalyptic survival that places players in a world overrun by zombies. Notably, the game features a hardcore premise of losing everything when you die and starting over.

DayZ was released in 2018 and has a Mostly Positive overall user score and a Very Positive recent user review score.

7. No Man’s Sky

After one of the worst launches in gaming history, No Man’s Sky has made a remarkable turnaround thanks to consistent content updates from its developer, Hello Games. Outlaws, the most recent expansion, was released on 13 April and fleshed out the criminal underworld of the game while also overhauling its space combat.

No Man’s Sky was released in 2016 and has a recent user review score of Very Positive.

6. Valve Index VR Kit

The Valve Index VR Kit is not strictly a game, although the equipment does come with a version of Half-Life: Alyx.

5 and 4. LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga

LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Sage holds two positions on this due to it having two purchase options (standard and deluxe) which Steam lists separately.

The LEGO games – particularly Star Wars – are classics, so it’s not surprising that both versions of the new game are selling well.

LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Sage was released on 5 April 2022 and has a Very Positive user review score.

3. Cyberpunk 2077

Cyberpunk 2077 had a launch almost as rough as No Man’s Sky, and just like No Man’s Sky, its developer has put a lot of work into saving the title. This is proving successful, as its latest patch combined with a sale has put it on this list.

It was released in 2020 and currently has a Mostly Positive user score.

2. Elden Ring

Elden Ring may have lost its top spot a few weeks ago, but that hasn’t stopped FromSoftware’s latest title from holding its position in the top ten since its release.

Given its active player base, it may remain in the top ten for quite some time.

Elden Ring was released on 24 February 2022 and has a Very Positive user score.

1. Steam Deck

The Stream Deck was ironically the ‘game’ with the highest revenue last week.

While it is not actually a game, the hand-held gaming PC has been well-received by customers and marks a significant advancement in portable gaming.

The Steam Deck was released on 25 February and was developed by Valve.
