After ten years of waiting, the sequel to the beloved Dragon’s Dogma was finally announced.
Dragon’s Dogma 2 was confirmed to be in development by. Hideaki Itsuno, the director of Dragon’s Dogma and several other notable Capcom games, during the announcement stream.
During the stream, Itsuno revealed the creative process that went into developing Dragon’s Dogma, which first started in 2000.
After this reflection, he and several other developers announced that the second game was in development.
We have no other information on Dragon’s Dogma, such as how far along in development it is or when we may receive more information about its setting, characters and release date.
Given the title has been rumoured to be in development for several years, we may get more information fairly soon.
Regardless of when the game may eventually come out, Dragon’s Dogma fans can breathe a sigh of relief as, at long last, their patience has paid off.
