Ubisoft’s long-awaited pirate game Skull and Bones will reportedly be released on 8 November 2022.
This information was revealed on Twitter by Aggiornamenti Lumia, who is known to leak information from the Microsoft and Xbox online stores.
According to the leaker, an official announcement by Ubisoft is “imminent”, and details pertaining to the pre-order bonuses are finalised and ready to be made public.
While this date is not official yet, Ubisoft’s request for game testers earlier this year implies that the game is approaching its launch.
Additionally, in April we saw a leak of a six-minute video that appeared on Reddit and showed some of the game’s ship crafting mechanics and NPC mutinies.
However, Skull & Bones has had several setbacks to its release date.
It originally was set for the end of 2018 before being pushed to 2019, and then it was delayed further to March 2020, before most recently being postponed to some time before the fiscal year-end of 2022.
The game is set to launch on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
