Indie gaming studio Spiral Bound Interactive has revealed its first game, You Will Die Here Tonight.
The horror game is inspired by the original Resident Evil game and the genre’s golden age.
In You Will Die Here Tonight, players will control a team of six playable characters called the Ares Division as they hunt down a deadly killer in a sinister, abandoned mansion.
In a curious twist on the genre, rather than have death force you to restart, You Will Die Tonight takes the approach of having death be permanent.
Each member of the Ares Division that dies will then influence the story of the remaining members.
You will Die Here Tonight features first-person arcade-style combat and an evolving mystery narrative as you explore the abandoned mansion.
