Sony acquires major esports platform

Sony is acquiring Repeat.gg – one of the most significant esports platforms in the world.

In a blog post on their official website, Repeat.gg indicated that the deal has been in negotiation for some time and that the acquisition will allow it to expand its vision.

The post also noted that the company has no intention of becoming PlayStation-exclusive and will continue to support PC, mobile and consoles in addition to PlayStation.

Repeat.gg is a platform that hosts a variety of tournaments which are open to players of all levels. It allows you to track your progress throughout these matches and tournaments.

Repeat.gg said more information will be released about the deal in the coming months.
