SimCity update 2.0 adds ridiculous bugs

Maxis and EA recently released the much-needed Update 2.0 for SimCity, which promised to fix many of the games bugs, but it seems that the patch has introduced a bunch of new and hilarious problems with the game.

Some of the new issues include trees that are making siren noises, taxi invasions, pollution hikes, and texture problems – among other things.

SimCity players have taken to Reddit and the EA forums to complain about the problems the new update has brought.

Update 2.0 was meant to fix existing bugs, and add new features, such as mayors driving their fancy cars, helicopters, and limos if they’re present; a new HUD that colour-corrects when in colourblind mode; and a new data map, which shows the filtered colour when colour filters are enabled.
