PC gamers will be glad to know that the open-world zombie survival adventure, State of Decay has shambled its way onto Steam Early Access.
The game is now available and is priced at $20 (like the XBLA version), which will give you access to the current build of the game, and those early adopters will then get the complete and final version when it launches later this year.
That said, Undead Labs does warn PC players that those who want a completely polished game should wait until the final release, as the current build will “not be perfect”.
“Casual players, the easily frustrated, and the short of time should NOT get the Early Access version. Hey, I am all three of those things, y’all. Those are not criticisms. It’s just that we want everyone to have the experience that best suits their needs. You all deserve the best, so if you’re not into giving feedback, just wait a few months and play the final version after we make it great,” said Undead Labs’ Sanya Weathers.
MyGaming checked out the game on XBLA and listed 5 reasons to play State of Decay.
