Girl deletes boyfriend's level 80 WoW characters

Gamer widows aren’t a new phenomenon but in today’s day and age of insidious time-sink games such as World of Warcraft, the occurrence of this phenomenon may have reached an all time high. How far would you go to make your loved one realise that they are wasting the precious moments they could be sharing with you, on levelling up their shaman?

One scorned woman had enough of her boyfriend’s WoW-ing ways and decided to take action – and captured it all on video for the Internet’s viewing pleasure. It will probably make a nice little evidence tape during the trial as well. 

Be warned, there is a little bit of blue language and a vulgar display of nerdrage.

I won’t delve too deeply into the ethical and moral implications of such an act, as we don’t know the whole back story, and that kind of discussion is best left to a forum topic. However I will say that the poor guy might be understandably angry at having sunk countless hours into his favourite online pastime, only to discover the fruits of his labour eradicated in one fell swoop.  

Perhaps his girlfriend did him a favour in the long run though, and they lived happily ever after…
