Cryptic has reduced the purchase price of its Star Trek themed MMORPG; Star Trek Online. In celebration of the release of the “Season 2” update, the game was reduced to $19.99 (R150).
Subtitled “Ancient Enemies,” the update brings eight new Klingon episodes starring “the Fek’ihri, the fabled enemy of Kahless, founder of the Klingon Empire.” New “Federation Diplomatic Corps” missions have been added for Federation players.
The $15 (R110) monthly subscription fee still applies.
The level cap has also been increased, and new “Tier 5” ships are available as well as new items.
