Force Unleashed II PC requirements detailed

19 October 2010

Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II will be hitting South African retail next week, 26 October 2010. LucasArts is heading up the development of the console versions, with Aspyr Media and Red Fly Studio handling the PC and Wii respectively.

LucasArts will no doubt be hoping to improve on the decidedly average reputation earned by the first title in the Force Unleashed franchise.

The Force Unleashed II will take place about a year before Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope, roughly seven months after the events of the first Force Unleashed title. Starkiller is back as the protagonist. Darth Vader’s secret apprentice, who just happens to be a clone, is on a mission to discover the nature of his identity and rekindle his love interest from the first game, Juno Eclipse. Meanwhile old Darth has a bee in his bonnet about all this, and is trying everything in his power to track down and capture Starkiller.

The recommended system requirements don’t push the envelope too much, so most PC gamers with relatively new systems should be in good stead.
