Developers Danger Close and DICE have released a patch for the PC version of Medal of Honor. Both the single player and multiplayer components have been spruced up, and some much needed balance changes have been made to the latter.
The game will update itself the next time it is started up.
The patch readies the game for the incoming Hot Zone paid DLC and Clean Sweep free DLC, which should be released later today for all three versions of the game with the exception of the Xbox 360 Clean Sweep DLC which has been delayed due to technical issues.

– Fixed the CAS issue that prevented some players from firing at certain vehicles.
– Fixed a rare issue in Bagram that would cause areas of the map not to load in a timely fashion.

– Lowered scores on all defensive support actions

– Increased the points needed to win a domination/tdm game
– Decreased accuracy while shooting from the hip
– Increased the amount of recoil and spread
– Added server details in loading screens and spawn screen
– Fixed an issue where holding your breath and moving forward would take you out of scope
