Turbine and Warner Bros have today unveiled the official Rise of Isengard expansion pack for its MMO based on the J.R.R Tolkien’s classic fantasy epic.
Rise of Isengard will land around September next year, and it will increase the level cap to 70. New skills, class quests, traits and virtues will also be added to flesh out the new levels.
The expansion will also tell its own story, which involves leading the Grey Company of Rangers – Aragorn’s Chums – into Isengard.
This announcement follows an announcement two weeks ago that Lord of the Rings online is now free to play in Europe, as well as South Africa.
