Check out the massive graphics difference between FIFA 16 and FIFA 17

5 July 2016

With the news that FIFA 17 will be built using DICE’s Frostbite engine, gamers have eagerly been awaiting the new changes coming in this year’s title.

EA Sports have now shown off the game’s improved player models as well as a 5-year partnership with Italian Champions Juventus.

Youtuber Cycu1 then took this newly released footage and compared it to the same player models in FIFA 16.

The one thing that remains to be answered is if Frostbite will affect the actual gameplay or if it will only offer graphical improvements.

It should also be noted that because of this deal, the Juventus players were specifically motion-capped, so a better comparison would include players that haven’t been given this special treatment.
