We Happy Few is now available on Steam and GOG

We Happy Few is a unique survival game which places players in a procedurally-generated city where the populace is under the influence of a powerful, mind-altering drug.

The player takes the role of a character who has not taken their “joy”, and must use a combination of stealth, combat, and conformity in order to avoid discovery and persecution.

The dystopian horror-survival game is now available on Steam Early Access and GOG’s Games in Development program.

The Early Access version of We Happy Few does not yet feature the full gameplay experience, but has been met with positive reviews on Steam.

Character storylines are not fully-implemented yet and the game currently lacks some of its promised features, although the Steam listing states that more features will become available closer to the game’s release.

The game will be in Early Access for approximately 6 – 12 months.
