You can now buy digital PS4 games outside of PSN

10 October 2016

Sony and Green Man Gaming have announced a partnership to allow the digital distributor to sell PSN games directly from its storefront.

The new console section now allows you to purchase some of the PS4’s most popular titles, including The Last of Us and the recently-released Mafia III.

The games are currently locked to the US PSN store, but Sony and GMG have already confirmed plans to expand to other territories.

At first glance the prices appear to be identical with what is available on the PSN store, but don’t be too surprised if the games go on sale alongside other GMG titles.

GMG has also opened a separate Nintendo section with a number of 3DS and Wii U games up for sale.
