PlayStation VR pre-order in South Africa – price and launch date

The PlayStation VR will launch in South Africa on 24 January 2017, Takealot has told existing clients it has identified as gamers.

These clients have been invited to place their pre-orders early, with Takealot saying that later today it will invite everyone to order.

Searching for PlayStation VR on Takealot will take you to the pre-order page.

Although the pre-order price for the PlayStation VR is posted as R6,999, Takealot warned that this might change.

“If the price drops we will credit you, if the price goes up we will not charge you more,” Takealot’s website states.

“Only paid orders will be secured so please do not delay to avoid disappointment.”
