The Last of Us: Part II announced

3 December 2016

The Last Of us Part II was officially unveiled at this year’s PSX event.

The footage showed a much older Joel and what appeared to be a teenage Ellie replete with tattoo and improved guitar skills.

One interesting note – there were no zombies (or The Last of Us equivalent) show in the footage at all, although we’re sure they are lurking out there somewhere.

There is currently no release date announced although don’t expect in next year as developers also announced an Uncharted spin-off.

Really happy that its been officially announced, I just hope we don’t have to wait forever to get a release date.

But on the other had I also don’t want them to rush it. Rather make it perfect the first time round.
