AGASA (Amateur Gamers League South Africa) has officially launched its first ever PS3 league in the form of the Fifa 09 League Cup.
The tournament which kicks off today, will run through May. There are two groups, each consisting of 11 players. The first two weeks will be played in a traditional round Robin phase. The best players from the Round Robin phase will go through to a 2 week elimination phase.
Players have to choose a single team to use throughout the tournament. All matches will be played online, requiring a broadband connection, an active Playstation Network ID and a fully patched legitimate copy of FIFA09.
