Sony Computer Entertainment has released a new video detailing why the company thinks it’s a better choice than Microsoft’s Xbox One.
The video opens with an endorsement from EDGE magazine declaring it “your next console.” There is some epic music in the background while the trailer details some of the launch window exclusive games as well as highly anticipated third-party titles with their exclusive content for the PS4.
Sony’s hype machine is kicking into high gear now. With only fourteen days left to go until the US and Canadian PS4 launch, and with the Xbox One launch a week later, Sony is fervently building up expectations and playing on emotions to make their launch successful.
Meanwhile, Microsoft’s hype machine hasn’t started yet as the company battles with negative user perceptions and a growing sentiment from fans that the Xbox brand isn’t what it used to be.
