PS Plus – your free games for October 2014

2 October 2014
PlayStation Plus News

Following the substantial price increase of PlayStation Plus subscriptions in South Africa, gamers will be hoping for some stellar free games in October.

As being objective and neutral is a prerequisite in journalism (or at least an ideal to strive for), I will not pass comment on the free games on offer and rather let you be the judge. All games are set to become available from 8 October 2014.

Coming to the PlayStation 4 this month is Driveclub PlayStation Plus Edition which includes 11 tracks and 10 cars; the hand-painted-looking game Dust: An Elysian Tail; and platformer Spelunky.

PlayStation 3 owners will receive Batman: Arkham Asylum, and Dungeons & Dragons: Chronicles of Mystara.

Finally, PS Vita players are set to get Pix the Cat – an arcade game – and RPG Rainbow Moon.
