Sony has confirmed via the European PlayStation Blog that Heavy Rain Move Edition will be released in PAL regions on October 6, 2010.
If you missed out on Heavy Rain the first time around, then this is a great opportunity to experience one of the best cinematic experiences in gaming. The game’s control system seems like a good fit for the Move, and the Move Edition will also contain a few extra goodies.
Included with the game will be the added Taxidermist playable scene, as well as three dynamic cross media bar themes for your PS3, the full game soundtrack, and 9 “Making of” videos.
If you already own the game, you will be able to download the Move-enabling patch on September 22nd.
You will be able to download the Heavy Rain Move demo from the PlayStation Store on September 15. The demo will feature 2 of the game’s early levels; Sleazy Place and Crime Scene.
To sweeten the deal, the Move Edition is being released for a reduced price (priced €39.99 / £29.99). We are waiting for local pricing details.
