Ratchet & Clank for the PS4 is much more a re-imagining of the original game on PS2 than it is a remaster.

Insomniac Games is developing Ratchet & Clank to tell the origin story of the popular duo, and are aiming to incorporate and amalgamate the curation and narrative elements of newer titles with the spirit of the PS2 versions.

But more than anything, Ratchet & Clank for the PS4 is, unsurprisingly, a phenomenal visual improvement over the PS2 version.

But pictures, and in this case graphical comparisons, say a lot more than thousand words.

Excited for Ratchet & Clank? We certainly are.

Now all we need is to see more from the upcoming film.
