LittleBigPlanet 2 was released this week, and I expect loads of PS3 gamers will be grabbing a copy over the weekend. The first game was an absolute classic, and Sack Boy even went on to be named the PS3’s mascot.

PlayStation Life Style has complied a comprehensive trophy list. The game features 36 bronze trophies, seven silver, three golds and one platinum trophy.

100% Complete (Platinum) – Earn all LittleBigPlanet 2 trophies to unlock this platinum trophy

Collect the other 46 trophies to unlock.

Complete Da Vinci’s Hideout (Bronze) – Complete the main path of Da Vinci’s hideout

This is the first set of levels, and the trophy will unlock after completing the main seven story missions. You do not need to play any of the side missions. Story related and can’t be missed.

Complete Victoria’s Lab (Bronze) – Complete the main path of Victoria’s Lab

This is the second set of levels, and the trophy will unlock after completing the main seven story missions. You do not need to play any of the side missions. Story related and can’t be missed.

Complete The Factory Of A Better Tomorrow (Bronze) – Complete the main path of The Factory Of A Better Tomorrow

This is the third set of levels, and the trophy will unlock after completing the main seven story missions. You do not need to play any of the side missions. Story related and can’t be missed.

Complete Avalonia (Bronze) – Complete the main path of Avalonia

This is the fourth set of levels, and the trophy will unlock after completing the main seven story missions. You do not need to play any of the side missions. Story related and can’t be missed.

Complete Eve’s Asylum For The Mentally Alternative (Bronze) – Complete the main path of Eve’s Asylum For The Mentally Alternative

This is the fifth set of levels, and the trophy will unlock after completing the main seven story missions. You do not need to play any of the side missions. Story related and can’t be missed.

Complete Story Mode (Silver) – Complete the main path of the story mode

Finish all the main story levels. Side challenge and verses levels do not need to be completed. Story related and can’t be missed.

Prize Collector (Bronze) – Collect 50% of Story prize bubbles

Uber Prize Collector (Silver) – Collect 100% of Story prize bubbles

There are easily more than 1000 prize bubbles scattered across all the levels. The challenge levels are pretty straight forward, as you just need to reach a certain amount of points to unlock all the prizes. The main story levels have the prize bubbles scattered everywhere, with some being cleverly hidden. Collect every prize bubble on each level to unlock this trophy. A video guide is coming soon.

Aces in Spades (Bronze) – Ace 10 different Story levels in a row

You will need to finish 10 different story levels in a row without dying. You will probably need to play through the entire game first to figure out which levels would be the easiest to do, and then go through them. If you happen to die, then you need to start all over from the beginning.

Ace Story Mode (Gold) – Ace every level in the story mode

To Ace a level you need to finish it without dying, which can be challenging on quite a few levels. You can replay each level as many times as you need to, so keep on trying. You also will need to ace some of the side missions, so any level that requires you to get from point A to point B, must be aced. The challenge levels which you collect points until you die are the only exceptions.
If you’re having any issues completing the very first level without dying, you will first need to need to get the prize bubble with the pair of sunglasses sticker that is located on the second stage. Once you get this sticker, go back to the first stage, and then place the glasses on the little boy cut out near the beginning of the level. Then when you get to the top of the rising platforms, you won’t need to jump down into the hole and kill yourself.

10 Story Versus Wins (Bronze) – Win 10 Story mode Versus games against at least one other player offline

As you play the story levels, you will find keys. The keys will either unlock versus levels or challenge levels. Pick 10 versus levels and play it with a friend. Win 10 times and the trophy will unlocked. This can be down with random people online, but it’s easier with a friend, since you could let each other win if need be.

Multiplier 5x (Bronze) – Score a 5x multiplier in a Story level

Multiplier 10x (Bronze) – Score a 10x multiplier in a Story level

You will more than likely get this sometime throughout your playtime without even trying. But if you want to get it quickly, towards the end of the “Tower of Whoop” mini game level,  you will hit a bunch of bounce pads that will shoot you back and forth all the way up the tower. Once you reach the top, the trophy will unlock. The “Tower of Whoop” is part of the Da Vinci’s Hideout levels.

Scoreboard 50% (Bronze) – Place in the top 50% of players in the online scoreboard for a Story level

Scoreboard 25% (Silver) – Place in the top 25% of players in the online scoreboard for a Story level

You will need to place in the top 25% on any one of the story levels. This is one of those trophies that will only get harder the longer the game is out. Your best bet is to make sure you collect all of the prize bubbles, and whenever it is possible try to get multipliers by collecting multiple prize bubbles quickly. Also, if there is a race on a level, finish it as quick as possible, since you will get more points that way. We did this on the second story level.

Monster Masher (Bronze) – Kill 20 monsters in Story levels

You will start encountering monsters during Victoria’s Lab (second world), just kill as many monsters as possible. You will easily get this just by playing through the story.

Mortal Coil Shuffler Extraordinaire (Bronze) – Accumulate 20 deaths in one Story level

Just die 20 times on a level, whether that be on purpose or accident.

Dive In 25 (Bronze) – Dive in and play 25 random levels with other players, and don’t immediately leave!

When you select a community level to play, an option will appear to either “Join Us” or “Play on my own”, choose to join us. You’ll need to play 25 levels the whole way through like this.

Actually Quite Good (Bronze) – Place in the top 25% of players in 5 community level scoreboards (with at least 50 other players in them)

Look for some of the more popular community levels, then keep playing them until you place in the top 25% on five of them. Before you load a level, you can see how many people have already played that level, this will give you a good sign of where you need to finish.

Play 5 Versus Levels (Bronze) – Play 5 unique community Versus levels

This is pretty self-explanatory, just find 5 different versus levels, and play them.

25 Online Versus Wins (Bronze) – Win 25 Versus mode community levels against at least 1 other player

Like “10 Story Versus Wins” this can be done with a random players, but its easier with a friend, since you can let each other win. Do this 25 times.

Who Needs Breakfast? (Bronze) – Play LittleBigPlanet 2 before 9am

Play before 9am.

Just… One… More… Go… (Bronze) – Play LittleBigPlanet 2 after 9pm

Play after 9pm.

A Game A Day Keeps The Doctor Away (Silver) – Play LittleBigPlanet 2 on every day of the week
If you play LBP2 enough, you will have no problem getting this trophy.

Grapple Hooked (Bronze) – Create a chain of 4 players grappling each other

This will take some cooperation, if you can get four friends together this will be super easy. Choose a level with a grappling hook, then grab onto something, then have the other three players grab onto you. The trophy will unlock shortly there after.

Turbo Slapper (Bronze) – Slap more than one player at once

Have two players stand beside you, then while holding either R2 or L2, flick the right or left stick to slap the players.

Snappy Dresser (Bronze) – Change your costume

Very simple, you just need to change one article of clothing, and you’ll probably get this during the intro.

10 Minutes of Create (Bronze) – Spend 10 active minutes in Create mode

1440 Minutes of Create (Gold) – Spend 24 active hours in Create mode
You need to spend an entire day creating stuff. This is a joint time, so if you mess around in create mode a lot, you will unlock this.

Community Spirit (Bronze) – Publish a level to the community

Create a level and publish it.

50 Unique Players (Bronze) – A level you published was played by 50 unique players

Once you publish a level, 50 different players need to play your level.

Long Term Publisher (Bronze) – A level you published has been published for 7 days

Create a level, and publish it, after seven days you will receive the trophy. If you had a level published in the original LittleBigPlanet, the trophy will unlock when you first get into your pod.

A Series of Tubes (Bronze) – Use a Level Link to link two of your published levels together

First create two different levels, and then add the level link to one of your levels. Finally, publish that level, and the trophy will unlock.

Custom Badger (Bronze) – Create a custom badge for your level from a PlayStation Eye photo or an in-game photo

First take a picture of something, then while in create mode press start, and select the edit details at the top of the screen. Scroll up to the picture of the level, and then select the photo you took. Once you’ve added the picture, finish the level, and publish it.

Step into my Arena (Bronze) – Publish a Versus mode level

Add whatever you want to in the level, once finished go to your tool bag, and scroll to the very last section. At the very top you have the option to change the level to either a cooperative, verses or cut-scene, select verses. Now, publish that level. You don’t even need to add anything to the level, just make it a verses level.

Teacher’s Pet (Bronze) – You watched all the tutorials! Take a gold star, go to the top of the class.

First go to the Me section on the menu, then select tutorials. In here you will find 52 videos to watch, watch them all.

Journalistical (Bronze) – Write a review

After you finish a level, or when you pause the game, you will have the option to write a review. Just write something, and submit it.

Paparazzo (Bronze) – Upload a photo

Take a picture either with the PSEye, or with the in-game tool. Once you’ve done that find the picture you took in your pop-it, and press square. Select Upload from the list of options, and the trophy will unlock.

A Dip In The Stream (Bronze) – Play a level from your Recent Activity

After you play a community level it will be added to your recent activity. After you have played a level go to your recent activity, which is located on the main screen under community, and select a level to play. Once you’ve started the level, the trophy will unlock.

U Know U A Playa (Silver) – Spend 5 hours playing community levels

Spend five hours playing online. If you’re going for the “Play 75 Community Levels” you’ll get this along the way.

Play 25 Community Levels (Bronze) – Play 25 unique cooperative community levels

Play 75 Community Levels (Silver) – Play 75 unique cooperative community levels

Play 75 different community levels, with either friends or random people online.

The Votarator 5 (Bronze) – Rate 5 brand new community levels (less than 10 plays)

To find brand new levels, go to the search function, and search for newest levels. Then pick 50 of them that have less than 10 plays and rate it.

This is easy, but time-consuming. Make sure to give feedback on every level you play. This does not need to be just brand new levels only.
