If Marvel is allowed to reboot Spider-Man a third time since Tobey Maguire played him in 2002 then, by Belenos, Insomniac Games should be allowed to remake Ratchet & Clank.
Although we haven’t had a chance to play the new Ratchet & Clank ourselves, the embargo has lifted on the pre-launch reviews and there is plenty of gameplay footage online.
The verdict is clear: don’t expect anything genre-shaking, but you’ll get a gorgeous 3D puzzle platformer with sweet guns, great gameplay, not bad story, and most importantly – sweet guns.
