With the release of Nvidia and AMD’s new generation of graphics cards, now has never been a better time to upgrade your gaming rig.<\/p>\n

While the hardware may be new the confusing naming conventions certainly aren’t, and unless you are relatively clued up on exactly which card you want, it can be a chore figuring out whether you are actually getting the best value for money.<\/p>\n

That’s why Reddit user Valkrins <\/a><\/strong>has thoughtfully put together a handy visual guide to AMD and Nvidia’s newer cards.<\/p>\n

We also managed to track down why AMD changed its naming convention<\/a><\/strong> from the standard R6 and R7 cards to the new RX branding.<\/p>\n
