{"id":101680,"date":"2016-08-19T11:20:02","date_gmt":"2016-08-19T09:20:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/?p=101680"},"modified":"2016-08-25T15:23:48","modified_gmt":"2016-08-25T13:23:48","slug":"overwatch-might-get-a-free-trial-like-world-of-warcraft","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/pc\/101680-overwatch-might-get-a-free-trial-like-world-of-warcraft","title":{"rendered":"Overwatch might get a free trial like World of WarCraft"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Overwatch could be receiving a free trial mode similar to those found in other Blizzard titles like World of Warcraft, reports <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.pcgamer.com\/overwatch-could-be-getting-a-free-trial-mode\/\" target=\"_blank\">PC Gamer<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This is after fans datamined the game&#8217;s latest patch and found some very telling lines of code.<\/p>\n<p>Specifically, three strings relating to a free trial have been dug up, according to Overwatch fan site <strong><a class=\"hawk-link-parsed\" href=\"http:\/\/www.overpwn.com\/news\/216-overwatch-datamined-route-66-spray-for-competitive\" target=\"_blank\">Overpwn<\/a><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8220;Sorry, the Overwatch Free Trial is not available at this time&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;Group members using trial cannot enter competitive play&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;Not available for trial&#8221;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As there are currently no free modes associated with Overwatch, this heavily implies\u00a0that one is on the way.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Do you think a trial-version of Overwatch is a good idea?
