One of the biggest selling points of new consoles is how much graphics processing power they offer.<\/p>\n

That’s why it’s a relatively big deal that Microsoft’s Project Scorpio will support 4K resolution natively while the upcoming PS4 NEO will only be able to upscale games to 4K.<\/p>\n

This is according to a recent USA Today interview <\/a><\/strong>with Microsoft Studios’ publishing general manager Shannon Loftis.<\/p>\n

“Loftis says Microsoft is already exploring virtual reality options and games for Xbox, which will support VR with Scorpio,\u00a0as well as prepping titles for the boost in visual quality.”<\/p>\n

“Any games we’re making that we’re launching in the Scorpio time frame, we’re making sure they can natively render at 4K.”<\/p>\n
