Gears of War 4 will boast a co-operative splitscreen campaign on PC, reports PC Gamer<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

“Technical director Mike Rayner told me adding the feature was a \u201clabor of love,\u201d and that they decided to do it after hearing feedback that people wanted it in Gears of War: Ultimate Edition<\/ins> this March.”<\/p>\n

\u201cFrom a development standpoint, it is quite difficult to support,\u201d Rayner said, \u201cwe have to deal with multiple inputs, we have to deal with focus, we have to deal with UI placement.\u201d<\/p>\n

In addition to Xbox One cross-platform support (including buy it once and non-competitive multiplayer compatibility), the game also supports full LAN support.<\/p>\n

As it stands, this is shaping up to be one of\u00a0the best Xbox One ports yet.<\/p>\n
