Samsung has officially launched its cutting-edge 960 Pro and 960 Evo M.2 PCIe solid state drives, AnandTech <\/a><\/strong>reports.<\/p>\n

Both next-generation SSDs feature notable performance gains over their predecessors, with the Samsung 960 Pro boasting a maximum storage capacity of 2TB<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The 960 Pro and 960 Evo use Samsung’s new Polaris controller as opposed to the UBX controller used by the company’s previous generation of solid state drives.<\/p>\n
