Microsoft is bringing custom tournaments to the Xbox app, allowing gamers to compete in public competitive arenas regardless of whether they are on Windows 10\u00a0or Xbox One.<\/p>\n

The company has announced the implementation of Xbox Arena, a built-in tournament hosting feature which allows for cross-platform play and built-in eSports functionality.<\/p>\n

The feature\u00a0allows for PC and Xbox One gamers to join or host tournaments for their favourite games without using a third-party website or hosting service.<\/p>\n

Xbox Arena also makes use of the new Xbox Live Clubs feature to encourage player correspondence and competition and supports a number of titles across the Play Anywhere platform.<\/p>\n

Xbox Arena is currently only available to Xbox One Preview members<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
