Steam has launched its Discovery 2.0 update, which overhauls the Steam Store front page and attempts to direct players to interesting games and great deals.<\/p>\n
The new store page is very different, and can be personalized using a built-in preferences panel.<\/p>\n
The Store page consists of featured titles (along with screenshots of the game), specials and discounts, friend activity and the Discovery Queue.<\/p>\n
Steam has also recently updated its User Review system, providing gamers with a “most recent” review score, which only accounts for reviews posted in the last 30 days.<\/p>\n
Additionally, gamers in some countries are able to view the top selling games in their country instead of global top-selling games.<\/p>\n
