Apparently this guy still hasn&rsquo;t quite worked out what exactly he&rsquo;s doing wrong.<\/p>\n<p>Stephen &ldquo;stepto&rdquo; Toulouse is responsible for maintaining Xbox LIVE&rsquo;s hitlist, which pretty much makes him public enemy #1 for people who like cheating and playing pirated games on Microsoft&rsquo;s online service.<\/p>\n<p>At the time of writing this, Toulouse&rsquo;s domain (stepto.com) had been yanked by webhost Network Solutions, pending an investigation. In the meantime, he&rsquo;s asked that nobody send email to that address.<\/p>\n<p>The hacker, going by the alias MrPredatorSik, has uploaded a video of the account jacking over on<a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=ryfZv_qq7Uk&amp;feature=player_embedded\" target=\"_blank\"> YouTube<\/a>, presumably in an attempt to be cool and famous or something, and advertise his hacking skillz for &ldquo;PayPal or AlertPay&rdquo;.
