Last night’s Game Awards saw YouTube introduce a much requested feature, 4K video streaming.<\/p>\n
YouTube has supported 4K videos for a while, but this marks the first time the company has streamed a live event usiing a 4K resolution.<\/p>\n
So how do you take advantage of this new feature?<\/p>\n
In addition to having a 4K television or monitor, you’ll also need a decent connection (25 megabits per second is the current recommended <\/a><\/strong>speed).<\/p>\n Upon detecting this, YouTube should automatically display the video in a 4K resolution.
