transparent LCD side panel turns your PC case into a monitor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>iBuypower and Intel have partnered to create <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ibuypower.com\/product\/landingpage\/snowblind\" target=\"_blank\">Project Snowblind<\/a><\/strong> \u2013 a transparent LCD side panel for custom PC cases.<\/p>\n<p>The side panel is an LCD screen which is backlit by the case\u2019s interior lighting, allowing it to function as a transparent display.<\/p>\n<p>The LCD screen is a 19-inch display with a resolution of 1,280 x 1,024.<\/p>\n<p>The panel connects to a single PCI expansion slot inside the case, which then routes to a video input on the back of the chassis.<\/p>\n<p>iBuypower first showed off its Project Snowblind side panel last year, but has now officially announced its pricing and release date.<\/p>\n<p>According to <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.pcworld.com\/article\/3155426\/computers\/ibuypowers-snowblind-case-will-make-your-pc-look-insane-for-a-very-low-price.html\" target=\"_blank\">PCWorld<\/a><\/strong>, the Snowblind panel will cost $250 and will be available from February 2017.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/Project-Snowblind.jpg\"
